Fruitful Grand Alumni Homecoming

An event organized by Batch 1998 on December 17, 2023

The Grand Alumni Homecoming of the year 2023 took place on December 17th, 2023, third Sunday of December, in accordance with the provisions of the Association's by-laws. Consistent with tradition, Batch 1998, celebrating their 25th Anniversary or Silver Jubilee, hosted the Homecoming Event.

The day-long celebration commenced with a morning mass at the Assumption Church, mostly attended by Batch 1973, the esteemed "Golden Jubilarians"; and main honorees of the occasion. The celebration followed at Grand Men Seng Hotel around 5:00 in the afternoon. The proceedings started with the Annual General Assembly of the Association's members, where the Board of Trustees’ acts of the past year were ratified, the Annual Financial Reports were presented, and new members of the Board of Trustees were elected or re-elected.

Another esteemed honoree, Major Christy Isis Achanzar Gabasa of the Philippine Army Signal Corps, received a Plaque of Recognition for her outstanding alumni status. Major Gabasa holds the prestigious title of being the first Filipina and one of Asia's first Female West Pointers. She is the pride of Batch 1998.

The evening was a delightful and nostalgic tribute to the 90's era, filled with music, dance, a delectable dinner, and free-flowing beverages, allowing attendees to reconnect with classmates, fellow batch mates, “old flames”, and other alumni. Congratulations to the gracious hosts of Batch 1998!
